A Malaysian manufacturer had sold two large machines—a hydraulic press and a CNC lathe—to a Singaporean customer in Tampines. These machines, weighing over 8 tons combined, required special handling, lifting equipment, and strict timing, as the Singapore client had scheduled crane and installation services. Any delay in customs or delivery would cause costly downtime at the receiving factory.
